Clipping for podcast hosts

We cut your podcast episodes into short clips, and we never change what anyone said.

A person watches the whole episode, picks the moments that make sense without the rest of the conversation, and cuts them for TikTok, Shorts, Reels and LinkedIn. Each clip comes with a label listing the checks we ran on it.

What we check

Each clip comes with a label like this one. It lists the checks we ran on that clip and what they found.

Ingredients: your episode, watched in full; a hook quoted word for word; captions timed to the speech; names matched to voices.

Contains no: invented quotes, stitched soundbites, fake fan comments, sponsor reads, the same clip twice.

This is a sample. A real label is filled in from that clip's own checks, and any check that didn't run says “not checked”.

Where each line comes from

Hook said in the clip
We match every word of the hook to the transcript and note the second it's said.
Words put in anyone's mouth
The hook is a direct quote and the captions match the audio. We don't add text that says someone said something they didn't.
Voices generated or altered
The audio comes straight from the episode. We don't clone voices or rewrite lines.
Speakers named
Names are matched to each person's voice, so the co-host's line is never captioned as the guest's.
Captions over silence, glitch frames
Software checks every cut in every clip.
Checked by a person
A person watches every finished clip. If a pack is only spot-checked, its labels say so.
Same clip on your other channels
We keep a record of which moment went to which channel, so the same clip never goes out twice.

The same moment in five formats

Here's one 40-second moment in each format. Each version goes to a different channel, so no one sees the same clip twice.

How it's made

  1. Picked

A person reads the whole transcript, using AI to go faster, and marks every moment that makes sense on its own.

  2. Cut

Each clip is cut to the exact frame, with the speaker's face in shot and the audio exactly as recorded.

  3. Checked

Every clip goes through six quality checks. Its label shows the results.

  4. Posted

We write the post text for each platform, three versions per clip, and schedule the posts. Or we send it all to you to post yourself.

A channel for your co-host

We pick the moments where your co-host does most of the talking and post them on a channel of their own, never the same clip as the show. We can do the same for a regular guest.

Questions

Is this AI?

Partly. AI does the first pass, which makes it fast. A person does the final pass, and no software changes what anyone said.

Will my guests be OK with these?

Every hook is their own words, said in the clip. You see every clip before it posts.

What do you need from us?

A link to the episode. The original recording is better if you have it.

Who posts them?

Either. Each clip comes with post text for each platform, in three versions. On the bigger packs we schedule and post them for you.

What if a clip is wrong?

Tell us and we redo it. We fix cuts and captions; we never change what was said.
